An investment with AGEM offers a unique opportunity to co-invest with like-minded individuals in stable, risk-adjusted commercial properties delivering above-market returns.
As an AGEM investor, you benefit from diversification across various properties and sectors, managing your risk and potentially enhancing your returns. Our experienced team manages the acquisition, operation, and leasing of the properties, ensuring efficient decision-making and effective asset management.
Depending on the investment opportunity, you can gain access to regular income distribution, potential capital appreciation, or both.
The benefits of co-investing with AGEM
Passive income paid quarterly
We prioritise stable cash flow and aim to issue distributions to our investors on a quarterly basis. This consistent income stream provides you with financial stability and the opportunity to grow your wealth over time.

Access high-quality assets that may otherwise be financially out of reach for individual investors. By pooling resources and investing collectively, you can tap into a diverse range of commercial properties, including large format retail, shopping centres, medical centres, industrial complexes, and accommodation.
