The in-house expertise at Agem includes a specialist experience in all aspects of town planning, including state and local government approval processes. This means we consistently facilitate a smooth and efficient development approval process.
Our expansive tenant network receives all commercial pre-construction lease opportunities. We tailor each lease to your needs in-house and we work directly with your design team to incorporate your fit-out requirements.
