Adrian Fiore

Managing Director

Adrian is a respected figure in the real estate industry, renowned for his extensive industry network and expertise in deal origination and negotiation. As the Managing Director of AGEM Property Group, he leads a team of accomplished property specialists, spearheading the impressive growth of the company’s portfolio.

Adrian’s unique strength lies in aligning investments with the mutual interests of AGEM’s valued partners. His remarkable ability to identify and access off-market opportunities sets him apart in the industry.

Adrian holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialisation in Accounting & Information Systems from Edith Cowan University. Additionally, he is a registered builder and boasts a Diploma in Property Services (Agency Management). As a qualified real estate agent and the authorised representative of the AFSL held by APG Finance Services Pty Ltd, Adrian brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to AGEM Property Group, ensuring its continued success in commercial property investments.

Chris Harman

General Manager, Developments

With his vast experience in Town Planning and Development Management, Chris is one of the key members of AGEM’s success story.

Providing a wealth of knowledge regarding site identification and acquisition, he diligently leads each project from conception through to early design and approval processes.

With a calm demeanour and clear vision, he then moves to the delivery stage, managing the project team with authority and discipline. Chris delivers all commercial projects, steering each AGEM development through to completion.

Chris is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course, expanding his knowledge base and further developing his decision-making and leadership skills.

Ben Graham

Senior Asset Manager

With an analytical and practical approach, Ben expertly manages each project to ensure the delivery of mutually beneficial outcomes for AGEM and our valued partners.

With the ability to offer solutions within tight parameters, Ben has developed strong working relationships with our network of tenants and investors alike.

In addition to a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University of Technology, and a Diploma of Financial Planning from Kaplan Professional, Ben has 15 years of experience in public and private sectors across asset management, development, lease and disposal.

In 2022, Ben added to his tertiary qualifications, obtaining GAICD certification upon successful completion of the Company Directors Course with the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Mark Borrello

Non-Executive Director

Specialising in Property law, Mark is an authoritative voice on the board at AGEM.

With significant experience in commercial leasing and retail leasing, he has acted for some of Australia’s largest real estate developers and landowners.

With his depth of expertise, active management style and considered approach, all legal matters for AGEM are expertly handled. Mark’s advice on property structures and his prudent risk analysis offer AGEM clients complete peace of mind.
