Adrian Fiore

Managing Director

Adrian founded AGEM Property Group in 2012 and has since led AGEM’s team of property specialists, spearheading the company’s long-term strategy and growing portfolio of commercial property investments.

Adrian is a respected figure in the real estate industry, known for his extensive industry network and expertise in deal origination and negotiation. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Information Systems) from Edith Cowan University in addition to being a registered builder, qualified real estate agent and the licensee/authorised representative of the AFSL held by APG Finance Services Pty Ltd. Adrian brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to AGEM Property Group spanning all elements of property investment including acquisitions, leasing, development, divestment, structuring and project funding.

The importance Adrian places on quality relationships lies at the heart of AGEM’s success. He nurtures enduring partnerships and always strives to align objectives and generate mutual value and trust.

Business Operations Manager

Jan plays a critical role in ensuring AGEM runs efficiently. For the past 10 years Jan has provided executive support to Adrian Fiore and overseen office management and investor administration.

Her experience, care and impeccable organisation skills ensure that our investors have a seamless experience from the moment they join us.

Jan has previously held similar roles in industries including fashion, textiles, carpentry and construction.

Ben Graham

Head of Property

Ben leads the management of AGEM’s property portfolio, ensuring our assets perform well and our tenants are supported to succeed.

Ben brings over 15 years of experience in asset management, development, leasing and disposal across both public and private sectors. He’s equally analytical and practical and highly valued by our diverse network of partners for his collaborative and transparent approach.   

Ben has a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University, a Diploma of Financial Planning from Kaplan Professional and attained his GAICD certification upon successful completion of the Company Directors Course with the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Michelle Steedman

Head of Operations

Michelle works at the heart of AGEM’s leadership team, focused on translating strategy into action, building the systems that enable sustainable growth and driving high performance, accountability and a strong people-first culture.

With more than 20 years of experience, Michelle has led complex, multi-site organisations across operations, people and culture, governance, safety and compliance. Her background spans highly regulated industries including mining, healthcare and professional services, where she has delivered organisational transformation, business improvement and cultural change.

Michelle simplifies complexity and creates structures that allow people and businesses to thrive. She holds a Master of Science in Neuroscience – an asset that sharpens her understanding of decision-making, human behaviour and organisational performance.

Steve Elliott

Head of Investor Relations

Steve leads AGEM’s investor relations function, playing a direct and personal role in cultivating investor relationships and supporting capital growth. He works closely with Adrian and the leadership team to ensure our investor community is known, supported and confident.
 
With more than 30 years of experience across banking, business development and senior leadership, his background spans business and commercial banking, professional services, property services and insurance – a breadth of perspective that translates well to AGEM’s investor-focused environment.
 
Warm, personable and relationship-driven, Steve builds trust through care, consistency and a deep interest in the people he collaborates with.

Anthony Italiano

Head of Finance

Anthony leads AGEM’s finance function, working closely across the business to deliver outcomes for investors and support strong, consistent financial performance, while improving finance systems and processes.

With over 20 years of experience, Anthony has developed deep expertise in complex cross-border international transactions, primarily within the mining sector. He is recognised for his strong commercial judgement and has built long-standing relationships with international equity partners and financial institutions. His experience spans both listed public companies and private property developments, bringing a balanced and practical perspective to financial leadership.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University, is a qualified Chartered Accountant, and has completed the Company Directors Course with the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Danielle Dhivya

Senior fund accountant

Danielle provides fund analysis and performance reporting, and maintains oversight of compliance and controls for our passive and development projects.

Danielle is a Certified Public Accountant with over 10 years’ experience in the real estate industry, specialising in property and fund accounting and analysis. Her deep expertise in financial modelling enables our team to consistently deliver accurate, timely insights.

Mauri Mucciacciaro

Investor Relations

Mauri works closely with our investors and strategic partners throughout the investment process, providing insight, guidance and consistent communication to foster trusted relationships that support informed decision-making and long-term confidence.

He brings over 30 years of experience in private business advisory, accounting and taxation, with deep expertise in family business consulting, governance and succession planning. Mauri has worked across a broad range of industries including mining services, engineering, agribusiness and food and beverage.

Mauri holds a Bachelor of Business and is a Chartered Accountant. He is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and the Taxation Institute of Australia, and is an Accredited Family Business Adviser with Family Business Australia.

Jacqui is a key contact for both prospective and current tenants and works across AGEM’s property portfolio to ensure high standards for the operations and performance of our assets.

Jacqui has over 16 years of experience in the Perth property market with a focus on the management and leasing of commercial and retail properties. Her depth of knowledge paired with her passion and attention to detail is invaluable for investors and tenants alike.

Tareen Winter

Brand Delivery Manager

Tareen leads the execution of AGEM’s brand, marketing and communications strategy, helping deliver a consistent brand experience that strengthens community connection and fosters investor confidence.

With a background in marketing and communications across property, events and the tertiary sector, she is passionate about using thoughtful storytelling and design to bring brands to life in meaningful ways. She plays an important role in shaping communications and collateral that are engaging, high quality and aligned to the experience AGEM seeks to create for its investors.

Tareen holds a Bachelor of Advertising and Digital Media and completed AWARD School in Perth in 2023, further refining her creative and strategic thinking.

Lucy Hodsdon

Investor Relations Officer

Lucy supports AGEM’s Investor Relations team by ensuring investor communications are clear, timely and thoughtfully delivered across every stage of the investor journey.

With a background spanning executive support, stakeholder engagement and large-scale event delivery, she brings a people-first approach and strong attention to detail to her role.

Lucy holds a Bachelor of Communications from Murdoch University and is known for her organised, approachable nature and genuine pride in delivering a high standard of service.

Non-Executive Director

Specialising in Property law, Mark is an authoritative voice on the board at AGEM.

With significant experience in commercial leasing and retail leasing, he has acted for some of Australia’s largest real estate developers and landowners.

With his depth of expertise, active management style and considered approach, all legal matters for AGEM are expertly handled. Mark’s advice on property structures and his prudent risk analysis offer AGEM clients complete peace of mind.
