We are excited to announce plans for Iluka Plaza, a brand new two-level speciality centre in Iluka, which will accommodate a diverse mix of national and local tenancies.

Iluka Plaza, designed by award winning practice DMG ARCHITECTURE will be located on the doorstep of the iconic Indian Ocean, in the City of Joondalup, at the corner of Burns Beach Road and O’mara Boulevard.
As the coastal communities of Iluka and Burns Beach continue to grow, a local retail and food precinct has been identified as a requirement in the area. The rapid growth these suburbs are currently experiencing, creates the necessity for this type of development, to assist with the daily needs of residents whose current alternative is commuting to neighbourhood centres in surrounding suburbs.
The development will embody a ‘real’ community feel and is expected to generate local employment opportunities in addition to becoming a destination that is both architecturally stunning, functionally brilliant and encompassing the very best parts of coastal living lifestyle.
Plans for the centre have been designed in line with the Iluka Structure Plan, to provide opportunities for a mix of uses each offering a vibrant and dynamic space for local residents and visitors alike.
