Investment partners are brought in once due diligence is completed. DA approval has been received. The project is going ahead.

We don’t build shiny empty buildings. With a 50% pre-lease before we raise capital, all tenants commit to lease terms that are completely transparent.

Our capital is your capital, we co invest with you. Agem is a major shareholder in all Agem investments.

We invest in relationships to build a trusted and reliable network of loyal, corporate tenants.

Weighted average lease expiry (WALE) is 10 years.
