Iluka Plaza receives development approval

We are delighted to announce development approval has been received for Iluka Plaza, with construction due to commence in July 2019.

Iluka Plaza is an approved two-level specialty centre on the corner of Burns Beach Road and O’Mara Boulevard, Iluka, which will accommodate a diverse mix of national and local tenancies. 

Two anchor tenants are already secured to join the brand new centre, with IGA and Nido Early School quick to jump onboard.

Operated by one of Perth’s most experienced IGA operators, the Iluka Plaza IGA will be the latest addition to their current portfolio of 13 stores across the Perth metro area.

The gourmet supermarket will showcase a premium fit-out and deliver local residents a fresh, clean and convenient grocery store co-located with IGA Liquor next door. 

Alongside IGA, Nido Early School will be taking tenancy at Iluka Plaza. 

Nido Early School is a wholly owned subsidiary by ASX listed Think Childcare (ASX:TNK) who are passionate about providing exceptional quality care and education to children. 

We are excited about the new centre in Iluka and are proud to have two highly reputable businesses join our newest development.
