Federal Member for Moore, Ian Goodenough MP, Mayor Hon. Albert Jacob JP and AGEM Property Group’s Managing Director, Adrian Fiore, cut the ceremonial ribbon on site at Hillarys Plaza today, to mark the official opening of the new multi-level healthcare and commercial centre, providing 3,870 square metres of net lettable area.
Designed by award winning DMG Architecture and located on the corner of Marmion Avenue and Banks Avenue, adjacent to the Westfield Whitford City Shopping Centre, construction of the complex was completed within 13 months, following breaking ground in October 2018.
In August of 2018 Barwon Investment Partners expanded its healthcare real estate portfolio committing to acquire the purpose-built facility, funding the $20.5 million development, delivered by our team at AGEM Property Group.
Our Managing Director Adrian Fiore said: “Hillarys Plaza has gained significant interest, locally and nationally, since its inception, with all anchor tenants secured prior to construction commencing.”
“It is great to see our vision for the centre come to fruition and open its doors to the local community to take advantage of the great amenities provided by our secured tenants.”
Hillarys Plaza will offer the local community access to services from several national brands, including Western Kids Health, Plus Fitness 24/7, Nido Early School, a Medical Centre, Pharmacy and the latest secured tenant; Proactive Physiotherapy & Pilates.
Proactive Physiotherapy is a community focused, family friendly practice offering a full range of Physiotherapy and rehabilitation services including Clinical Pilates, Remedial massage and Hydrotherapy. The new Hillarys clinic is due to open in early 2020.
With the centre over 70% leased, only final tenancies remain available for a café, allied health consulting and office space.
