We are excited to announce Barwon Investment Partners will fund the $20.5 million development of Hillarys Plaza.
Hillarys Plaza was born after AGEM Property Group identified a need for a multi-level healthcare and commercial centre in Hillarys. AGEM is managing construction of the 3700sqm development, with Barwon funding the project and becoming the owner of Hillarys Plaza upon completion.
Hillarys Plaza marks the first WA investment for Sydney-based Barwon, an unlisted fund manager specialising in healthcare, childcare and opportunistic property investments. Barwon’s healthcare portfolio includes medical centres, pathology labs, oncology centres, public mental health facilities, private hospitals and diagnostic-imaging clinics.
Hillarys Plaza has gained significant traction and positive interest, locally and nationally since its conception, with all anchor tenants already secured. These include Plus Fitness, Nido Early School, Medical Centre and Pharmacy.
Construction for Hillarys Plaza begins next month and is due for completion in 2019. With over 60% of the centre now leased, tenancies are leasing fast. If you’re interested in a tenancy at Hillarys Plaza, please get in touch with our team for more details.
